The ING DIRECT Broker Team Commercial lending group performs two broad functions:

	We are the Commercial Mortgage Lending group for ING Bank of Canada and a number of other institutional investors. Loans are sourced directly through borrowers, through other mortgage brokers and through portfolio acquisitions from other financial institutions. We provide third party commercial loan servicing for ING Bank of Canada and other investors.

In addition, the ING DIRECT Broker Team is an approved lender for CMHC multi-unit applications.
